RETURNS and REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, then we invite you to review our policy on refund and return.

Explanations and Definitions

Definition:

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Words importing the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter. Words denoting persons include corporations, companies, associations, firms, partnerships, societies, and joint stock companies as well as individuals.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy :

Company (referred to either as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Druids Candles, Leamore, Blue ball, Co. Offaly, R35 WE10.

Goods are the items listed for sale on the Service.

'Orders' means your offer to purchase the Goods from us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which that individual accesses or uses the Service.

Conditions for Returns

The Goods must be returned in order for a return to be admissible:

The Goods were purchased within 14 days of today's date

The Goods are in original wrap

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

They supply Goods which are not suitable for return due to their nature, good which are quick to rot and/or the expiration date has already occurred.

Supply of goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable to be returned and were unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

Goods are supplied which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items, according to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Make Goods

You will be responsible for returning the Goods to Us and for the cost and risk of doing so. You may return the Goods to the following address:

We accept no responsibility for the loss of items during a return shipment and, therefore, recommend that a return shipment be sent insured and/or trackable. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Modest

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the Goods are not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the Order was consigned to the gift giver to give to you later, then a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
