Please note that dispatch and delivery times do not include Bank Holidays, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas, and sale times, during which time delivery could be extended.

At sales periods, bank holidays, Black Friday, and Christmas, please allow more time. As a result of the higher order volumes, dispatch lead times of up to 14 working days apply to orders. We process orders and dispatch them in the sequence in which they were received.

We use DPD for our shipping. Please do expect delays in delivery during sale times like Black Friday and Christmas times as with higher volumes of parcels. This is beyond our control.

I will not be held responsible for time of delivery after orders have been dispatched.

Tracked Flat Rate Ireland and Northern Ireland (€5): 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch within Ireland.

There is no cost for orders over €50.00.

During busy periods dispatch may take up to 14 days; we always try our hardest to get orders out as fast as possible.

What to do when your item is running late, or an item is missing from your order Get in touch with us in case your order has taken more than 30 days for proper investigations to be carried out. We need to go into full investigation of the missing items with the shipping company involved before we make a reship or refund to the customer.
